FEES 2026:

for the whole program, including the lunches and free access to the Atelier-concerts

participants oder than 30 yrs: € 365,- participants 27 - 30 yrs: € 335,- participants 21 - 26 yrs: € 285,- participants 13 - 20 yrs: € 265,- participants 6 - 12 yrs: € 245,- introductory lessons 6-12 yrs: € 30,- per lesson

extra reduction on request: - for unemployed people and people with little income- for families who participate with at least 3 members (send an e-mail)

Cancellation regulations:

If you cancel your participation individually before June 1st we will reimburse the participation fee minus the administration costs of 25 Euro. If you cancel your participation after June 1st we will reimburse the whole participants fee minus 25 Euro for the case that your ensemble will take part without you (eventually with someone replacing you). The same is valid for whole ensembles if there are ensemble on the waiting list or if a replacement is found. 

If this is not the case (no replacing ensemble ) we reimburse the participation fee for 50% (until July 1st) and for 75% (after July 1st). Usually we find a solution and we also help in finding a replacement.
